Booking Conditions & Terms and Conditions
When can I arrive? What are the reception opening hours?
Rooms and parking spaces are available from 3:00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival. Our reception is open until 9:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, please inform us so we can leave your room key.
When do I need to leave by?
We kindly ask you to vacate both rooms and parking spaces by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Hotel bookings are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Instead, the following cancellation conditions apply: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. In principle, only entire rooms (and not individual persons) can be cancelled.
Cancellation Fees
- Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, a processing fee of €50 applies for each cancelled room.
- Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the room price.
- Up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the room price.
- In the last week before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the room price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged, minus €11 per person per night for breakfast.
The “room price” refers to the price including breakfast. No cancellation fee applies for the overnight stay tax or any pre-booked ski passes. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
What are the payment terms?
Your reservation is valid and binding upon receipt of your deposit in our bank account.

The remaining amount can be paid on site by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), EC card, or in cash.
Do I need to take out travel insurance?
A booking is a purchase agreement. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, cancellation fees apply. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel insurance, for example, with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
General Information
Can I still check in late in the evening if the reception is closed?
Our reception is open until 9:00 PM. However, for late arrivals, we have a convenient key safe available. Please let us know in advance so that we can leave your room key in the safe and reserve a parking space for you if required.
Where can I park? Are there charging points for my e-car?
In front of our hotel, you will find ample free parking spaces as well as a charging station for your e-car (€ 0.50/kWh). In addition, there are 6 underground parking spaces available (the entrance is only approx. 80 m from our hotel). These can be reserved for € 8 per night – we will send you the booking link once your accommodation has been booked. Without a reservation, outdoor or underground parking spaces are allocated free of charge, subject to availability.
Can I arrive in the morning on the day of arrival? Where can I park my car and store my luggage?
Yes, you can arrive in the morning so that you can make the most of your arrival day. Leave your luggage with us and get changed in comfort in our luggage and changing room. You are welcome to park your car in our hotel car park in the morning, provided you leave your car keys with us so that we can move your car as needed.
Is it possible to have breakfast on the day of arrival?
Yes, you are welcome to have breakfast on the day of arrival (€ 23 per person) – please note that there may be a short wait until a table becomes available in our breakfast room.

Every morning, an extensive, enhanced breakfast buffet awaits you from 7:00 to 10:00 AM Uhr in our cozy lounge with panoramic views – included in the price of your stay.

What facilities are available in the wellness area?
Indulge in wonderful hours of pampering in the Tyrolean Sauna with Finnish sauna/herbal sanarium, infrared cabin, and relaxation room. Of course, the use of the wellness area is free for our guests. Bathrobes are provided free of charge.
What is the Guest Mobility Ticket?
With the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket, you have free use of public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg. The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay and can also be used for arrival and departure.
What other hotel amenities are available?
You are also welcome to make use of the following amenities at the 3-star hotel:

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
No, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, which most of our rooms have. We thank you for your understanding.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in our hotel.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.
Are all taxes and fees included in the room rate?
The overnight stay tax and the mobility contribution are not included in the room rates: They amount to a total of €4 per person (from 15 years) per night (Reg. No. according to § 9 SNAG: 50512-001881-2020).
