Booking Conditions & Terms and Conditions
Arrival & Departure
Rooms and parking spaces are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate both rooms and parking spaces by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Our reception is open until 9:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, please inform us so we can leave your room key.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel bookings are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Instead, the following cancellation conditions apply: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. In principle, only entire rooms (and not individual persons) can be cancelled.
Cancellation Fees
- Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, a processing fee of €50 applies for each cancelled room.
- Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the room price.
- Up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the room price.
- In the last week before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the room price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged, minus €11 per person per night for breakfast.
The “room price” refers to the price including breakfast. No cancellation fee applies for the overnight stay tax or any pre-booked ski passes. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Payment Terms
Your reservation is valid and binding upon receipt of your deposit in our bank account.

Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, cancellation fees apply. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel insurance, for example, with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Parking
In front of our hotel, you will find ample free parking spaces as well as a charging station for your e-car (€0.50/kWh). Upon request and subject to availability, you can also use the underground car park of one of our neighboring hotels (for an additional charge).

With the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket, you have free use of public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg. The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay and can also be used for arrival and departure.
